Ingredients

  • 500g Alaska Pollock and Pink Salmon Pieces
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 125g cornflakes, crumbled

Method

  1. Dust the frozen Alaska Pollock and Pink Salmon Pieces in flour.
  2. Cover in beaten egg and roll in the crumbed cornflakes.
  3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. We recommend serving with red pepper & tomato dip!
