
School Chef of the Year’s Cornflake Fish Bites
Ingredients
- 500g Alaska Pollock and Pink Salmon Pieces
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- 125g cornflakes, crumbled
Method
- Dust the frozen Alaska Pollock and Pink Salmon Pieces in flour.
- Cover in beaten egg and roll in the crumbed cornflakes.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. We recommend serving with red pepper & tomato dip!
