You'll Need

  • 10 Young’s Basa fillets
  • 1 cup of honey
  • 1 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. ginger
  • 1 pepper, diced
  • ½ chilli, diced
  • 1 lime juice
  • ½ bunch coriander, chopped
  • Oil

Method

Method

  1. Pan fry the Basa fillets in a little oil for 2 minutes either side.
  2. For the glaze mix all ingredients except for lime and coriander together, bring to the boil and simmer for two minutes.
  3. Finish with lime and coriander.
  4. Divide between the Basa and serve with fresh Asian greens and sticky rice.
