Ingredients

  • 8 Young's Breaded Fishwich Fillet Squares
  • 8 sliced burger buns
  • 8 cheese slices
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  •  

Tartare Sauce

  • 180g mayonnaise
  • 2 small shallots, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
  • 2 tbsp capers, rinsed & roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp cocktail gherkins roughly chopped
  • 2 eggs hard boiled & roughly chopped

Method

  1. Cook the white fish fillet squares according to the instructions pack.
  2. Place the mayonnaise in a bowl & add the shallots, herbs, eggs, capers & gherkins & mix thoroughly.
  3. Lightly toast the buns & melt the cheese slices on the bottom half of the buns.
  4. Place the fish fillet on top of the cheese & top with a spoonful of tartare sauce, some shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato & the bun top.
