- 8 Young's Breaded Fishwich Fillet Squares
- 8 sliced burger buns
- 8 cheese slices
- Shredded lettuce
- Tomatoes, sliced
Tartare Sauce
- 180g mayonnaise
- 2 small shallots, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
- 2 tbsp capers, rinsed & roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp cocktail gherkins roughly chopped
- 2 eggs hard boiled & roughly chopped

Method
- Cook the white fish fillet squares according to the instructions pack.
- Place the mayonnaise in a bowl & add the shallots, herbs, eggs, capers & gherkins & mix thoroughly.
- Lightly toast the buns & melt the cheese slices on the bottom half of the buns.
- Place the fish fillet on top of the cheese & top with a spoonful of tartare sauce, some shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato & the bun top.
