Ingredients
- 16 Young’s Gluten Free Omega 3 Fish Fingers
- 8 gluten free tortilla wraps
- 4 tbsp of mayonnaise, mixed with lemon juice & herbs
- 3 crushed avocados, seasoned with salt, black pepper, pinch of cayenne & chopped Coriander
- Cos lettuce, shredded

Method
- Cook the fish fingers as per cooking instructions.
- Spread some mayonnaise on the tortilla, top with lettuce & crushed avocado.
- Place fish fingers on top & wrap.
