  • 8 gluten free tortilla wraps
  • 4 tbsp of mayonnaise, mixed with lemon juice & herbs
  • 3 crushed avocados, seasoned with salt, black pepper, pinch of cayenne & chopped Coriander
  • Cos lettuce, shredded

Method

  1. Cook the fish fingers as per cooking instructions.
  2. Spread some mayonnaise on the tortilla, top with lettuce & crushed avocado.
  3. Place fish fingers on top & wrap.
