Young’s Foodservice launches two Fish in Sauce products developed specifically for the care and healthcare sectors. Made with 100% fish fillet, the quick to cook ‘Pollock in Parsley Sauce’ and ‘Cod in Butter Sauce’ come coated in classic, complementary sauces.

The ‘Pollock in Parsley Sauce’ is a natural source of Omega 3 and both products are high in protein which makes them an ideal meal solution for residents and patients alike.

The soft texture of the fish can also be quickly mashed with a fork to provide an easy eating experience.

Both products feature nostalgic and familiar flavours and can be served simply with a selection of seasonal vegetables, or even topped with mashed potato for a clever take on the traditional fish pie.

Microwaved in under 5 minutes or boiled in the bag, they are ideal for patient feeding as they hold their temperature in the bag for a long period of time.
